LL BE DOING:
Serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their delivery. You should be comfortable leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile. Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver customers. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.

LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
Extensive experience working in IT, with time as lead Business Systems Analyst or as Scrum Master. Experience working on Guidewire suite of products.

Perform the role of a scrum master who can foresee challenges teams will encounter, able to negotiate with other teams, remove impediments and facilitate conversations.

Understand business priorities to effectively coordinate multiple streams of work at one time. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting. Certification on at least one of the Agile frameworks as a lead/ScrumMaster - is a must InsureTech enthusiast. Analyze, design and implement solutions for the P&C line of business for Insurance industry. Understanding of the Guidewire PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter data model. A leading insurace organization.
