IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

Manage the daytoday functions of the Ocean teams, measuring results and taking corrective action where appropriate to ensure accountability
Regular review of performance relative to budget with implemented action plans where necessary
Support the business on the changes and development in the Trade Industry

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Expertise in Freight Forwarding
Management and leadership skills with proven key performance indicators
Enthusiastic leader who is selfmotivated and demonstrates vision and purpose to the team
