The individual in this position must be able to travel and perform all duties related to equipment operations and maintenance services.
This position requires a high level of physical endurance and attention to detail, but also allows for a great deal of flexibility in scheduling.
Applicants must have the capability of lifting heavy equipment and have some project management experience.Responsibilities:
- Field work pertaining to infrastructure monitoring and maintenance projects; training provided.
- Specialize equipment maintenance, calibration, and cleaning; training provided.
- Cleaning, organizing, mobilizing, and demobilizing company assets.
- Ability to work in a team environment, and be individually motivated.
- Have Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge and experience.
- Hold a valid Canadian drivers license, and clean driving record.
- Travel throughout B.C. and possibly the U.S. is required. Company vehicle provided.
- Projects encompass indoor and outdoor tasks, in various weather conditions.
- Typical daytime hours is normal. Nights and weekend availability is required.
- Maintain professional conduct in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work in manholes (storm, sanitary and combined) is required; training provided.
Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
