    *Duties include Job Site Visits (JSVs) to determine critical job demands or complete job coaching, functional screening assessments, development and monitoring of Graduated Return to Work (GRTW) plans and provision of education on symptom management and ergonomic strategies to facilitate a durable return to work. As a clinician working on our Return-to-Work team, you play an integral role in your client's return to the workforce and you will also communicate with physicians, WorkSafeBC board officers and other members of the client's healthcare team to ensure a well coordinated program for your clients.
    *Virtual Office & Practice Resources

    • Must have at least one year experience in conducting Job Site Visits and GRTWs
    • Must possess a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Human Kinetics
    • Strong negotiation skills is an asset
