We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Technician to join our growing team. This role is responsible for completing in-home service repairs, overseeing trade partners, and ensuring service deficiencies are resolved efficiently and professionally.

You Will Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in carpentry and finishing repairs.
- Proficiency in multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, and general finishing work.
- Strong working knowledge of related tools and equipment.
- Comfort using smartphones, tablets, or computers to record and track service work.
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills for measurements and material calculations.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and various project needs.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Valid driver's license with regular access to a reliable vehicle.
- Own hand tools and drills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to scheduled homeowner service appointments including Initial, 6-Month, 1-Year, 2-Year, and internal service requests.
- Diagnose and complete minor repairs including drywall, trim, paint, tile, and other interior finishes.
- Oversee and coordinate trade partners on-site to ensure work is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Communicate detailed updates to the Service Coordinator following each appointment.
- Follow up on outstanding deficiencies to ensure full resolution and homeowner satisfaction.
- Participate in monthly service meetings to review service calls, work orders, and progress updates.
- Support the Model Home Maintenance Program, including completing repairs, coordinating with Sales, and verifying trade quality.
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records using company systems.
- Perform other duties as required.
