Description

• Create and maintain client relationships.
• Create new clientele by developing professional relationships with clients, and providing high quality services.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge of all services offered by Coiffure butterfly.
• Manage the styling schedule of all clients, ensuring that each client is seen to meet all expectations of the services that Coiffure butterfly offers.
• Provide high quality customer service to all clients that visit the salon.
• Manage the salon inventory and supply chain; ensuring that inventory is replenished as necessary, and that supply stock is available to meet demand.
• Maintain the cleanliness of salon, including the upkeep of the salon equipment and tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on salon equipment and supplies; ensuring they are stocked and available as needed.
• Manage daily cleaning procedures; cleaning of all equipment in the salon, including vacuuming, mopping, brushing, scalp massage, hand soap dispensers, shampoo dispensers, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management or leadership team.

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if driving company vehicle).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, bend over repeatedly throughout work day, use manual dexterity with handson work (e.g., washing hair dryers). Must be able to work independently without supervision when not trained on certain tasks as needed or approved by management. Hair Stylist must have experience working in color or color correction industry preferred but not required.

• Weekends as needed
