Responsibilities

• Engaging content curation to relate to different types of audiences on social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends to incorporate creative and innovative ideas to drive higher engagement on social media either on URBA Network channels or for other brands.
• Ensure content meets standards and voice of brands being managed.

Preferences

• Experience or knowledge in digital/traditional marketing and social media.
• Understanding of what makes effective advertising.
• Understanding of Hootsuite, Later or other social media automation software.
• Outside the box thinker.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pays attention to and appreciates details.
• Able to work in a constantly changing environment and think on his/her feet.
• Flexible schedule.
