    • Maintenance Technician
    *Location: *Windsor, ON, CA

    *Hourly Rate:* CA$30/hour *About Us: PrideNow is seeking a talented Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Team. This role is crucial in preserving the excellent condition and functionality of our equipment, ensuring smooth operations within our manufacturing facility. There's also a promising opportunity for growth into a Maintenance Technician Lead position. *Responsibilities:

    • Perform facilities maintenance, including preventative/predictive maintenance and repair on various CNC machines and manual plant equipment.
    • Install, replace, and repair motors, belts, fuses, filters, bearings, gaskets, valves, controls, and fans.
    • Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment.
    • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
    • Order materials and maintain stores as required.
    • Perform light fabrication/welding as necessary. Requirements:
    • Millwright red seal certification required.
    • Basic CNC control skills knowledge is an asset.
    • Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, repair manuals, and part catalogs.
    • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
    • Microsoft Office experience required.
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
