Deliverables
- Maintain equipment - daily basis
- Maintaining company standards
- Maintaining organization & order within the shop locations
Paperwork
New employee information form filled out and returned to the Office Manager
Copy of Driver's license and Driver's Abstract returned to the Office Manager.
Fill out TD1 and TD1MB
Signed employment offer form and return to the Office Manager
Accountabilities

Efficiencies During Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter Seasons_
- Storing all equipment when not in use in their respective places.
- Educate onboarding staff where all equipment should be returned too.
- All vehicle keys are returned to their designated area.
Your Role
Service Team Member
Duties and responsibilities during the spring, summer, fall, and winter include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the truck is loaded with proper equipment each day by debriefing with Operations Manager.
- Ensure all equipment is returned back to their respective places.
- Educate onboarding staff where all equipment should be returned too
- Make sure cleaning/tidying are completed with satisfactory results.
- Daily load up, load down, and storage of equipment.
- Reports to Operation Manager when equipment is broken or needs immediate repair.
Work Day Checklist
- Assess all equipment with quick visual inspection prior to loading it onto the work truck to ensure it is all in good and in working order.
- At the end of the day, fuel up all equipment, perform a visual inspection, and return equipment to its designated area. If required, wash the truck and clean the interior.
Reporting
Report directly to the Field Crew Leader
Communicate and work with the Field Crew Leader to complete interdependent responsibilities and tasks.
Overview
Performance and Wage Review
Performance reviews will take place on an annual basis and will be scheduled and performed by the GM.
Probationary Period
A 125 hour probationary period will be in effect from the start of employment.

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
