Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand the customer and the market, our customers and their problems and future challenges. This could be OEMs, Dealer, Internal stakeholders, and Partners.
  • Own the inmarket success of the products by proactively tracking and managing the product P&L, and performance against sales, revenue & install backlog to maximize growth and margin.
  • Experience of managing and understanding API products and/or product integrations
  • Define Epics, create User Stories and participate and facilitate Scrum meetings
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and understand the release processes
  • Be the face of the product portfolio, the SME, and the owner, being accountable for the product's overall success.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring a slick customer experience across the portfolio with a frictionless customer journey from prospect acquisition through to ongoing usage and up/crossselling.
  • Help translate the overall Product vision into a cohesive execution plan that includes any build, buy and partnership opportunities.
  • Own and manage the lifecycle of key capabilities from ideation and definition through to sunsetting including scoping, specifying, and prioritizing requirements as well as 'businessasusual' operations.
  • Work closely alongside architects, engineering, and operational leads to deliver the vision.
  • Provide support for the commercial products and use datadriven analysis and insights to help drive commercial growth.
  • Partner with all other Product Managers to ensure consistency of the customer experience across the portfolio to include shared capabilities, like; licensing and billing models, reporting and insights, and more.
  • Provide input into the overall strategy and priorities for our portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain broad knowledge of related functional areas across the business.
  • Be an innovative thinker and propose creative solutions to address current and future customer needs and expectations.
  • Engage and collaborate with an Agile Scrum team and the wider Agile Release Train (ART) to deliver value consistently often.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years+ Product Management experience in Software or Automotive related industries
  • An understanding of the management of an Automobile Dealership, is an advantage
  • Knowledge of SDSMerlin and/or SDSWin or other DMS software would be a great asset.
  • Knowledge or qualified in the SAFe Agile Framework
  • Proven ability to network effectively and collaboratively in a complex, matrix environment comprised of diverse roles, interests, and geographies; demonstrated ability to build credibility and relationships across diverse cultures
  • Ability to articulate and explain complicated issues in a simple and accurate manner
  • Well organized, driven, and selfsufficient, with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously and/or as part of a team
  • Bilingual French/English
