Job Summary

Position Description

Collaborate with Partnership leaders and other internal stakeholders on key business initiatives and special projects.
Integrate data from a variety of sources including MS-SQL and centralize in MS Power BI and/or QuickBase
Develop solutions/tools to scrub and validate data
Create relevant dashboards within MS Power BI and/or QuickBase to assist in senior management's decision making and enable frontline management to measure their business units' performance on a near realtime basis.
Translate business requirements into technical or data analysis solutions
Conduct business analysis, outlining business problems and opportunities
Interpret data and analyze trends
Work with large amounts of data from multiple external sources
Design and create financial models
Work collaboratively across business units and various stakeholders to solve business problems
Ad Hoc reporting
Performs other related duties as assigned
Ensure that dashboards and reports meet business needs and requirements
Perform market intelligence research (competitive intelligence, market sizing/ forecasting)

What will you bring?

A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or a related field
5+ years experience in a similar role
Experience with technologies including Google Analytics, MS Power BI, MS SQL, Python/R/VB or similar programming an asset
Advanced MS Excel skills, Business Central and QuickBase skills
Experience in transportation, manufacturing, and waste management industry is an asset
Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
A team player who thrives on collaborating cross functionally and building relationships
Strong project management, analytical and multitasking skills
Understand data analytics/data science strategies and insights that are crossfunctional and inform business priorities
Supply chain and operational analytics, cost modelling, clustering and segmentation, pricing, demand models, data visualization, data mining, statistical testing, predictive modelling
Software development experience
