We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team at Brew + Bloom


What we are looking for:
Serving Experience: 3+ year (required)
Customer Service: 1 year (required)

  • Barista Experience 1+ year (Asset)
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Strong work ethic, teamfocused, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with OpenTable is an asset
  • Experience with Square Restaurant system an asset
  • Knowledge of different Coffee drinks
  • Willing to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends

Duties:


  • Greeting and seating customers
  • Taking, confirming orders, and relaying to the kitchen
  • Serving food and beverages
  • Cleaning, and resetting tables
  • Placing togo orders
  • Preparing bill and processing payment
  • Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
  • Setting up and tearing down for Private Events

Salary:
From $15.00 per hour

  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:

- serving: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • ProServe (preferred)
