upLegal") is a boutique downtown law firm with previous iterations dating back more than 30 years. But we are far from traditional. We take a modern and progressive approach while striving to bring positive change to this conventional profession.

THE OPPORTUNITY:


upLegal's practice consists primarily of insurance defence for ICBC files with a growing book of family law business. We are seeking lawyers of varying experience to work on an ICBC caseload. Whether you are a senior lawyer seeking a new home; a junior lawyer looking for mentorship and litigation experience; or a new parent in search of better work life balance, we want to hear from you An interest in family law is wonderful but certainly not a requirement.


REQUIREMENTS:

- a minimum 1 year call to the bar
- a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in good standing
- experienced with the B.C. Supreme Court


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$85,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
