Delivery Lead/Scrum Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master.

As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of our banking products and services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of projects, adhering to agile methodologies. Drawing upon your experience as a Scrum Master, you will facilitate effective communication, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of banking products and services, from initiation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  
  
• Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles and practices, particularly Scrum, to drive transparency, collaboration, and accountability across teams.
  
  
• Scrum Master Duties: Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
  
• Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, promoting trust, empowerment, and continuous learning.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing visibility into project progress, risks, and dependencies.
  
  
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks proactively, working closely with teams to address impediments and ensure project success.
  
  
• Metrics and Reporting: Track project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
  
  
• Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking feedback and implementing best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a plus.
  
• Proven experience (4-6 years) as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in a fast-paced, agile environment, preferably within the banking or fintech industry.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with experience serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on driving results and overcoming challenges.
  
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar software is preferred.
  
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
