This role is pivotal as the primary support for commercial/industrial customers, responsible for service and installation of Doors and Docks in todays every-changing market.

We have a solid backlog of work and are looking for the right team members to join our crew Areas of work are installing, troubleshooting and repairing commercial/industrial doors, door opening systems, gate opening systems and dock leveling systems.

This position has working conditions that expose you to various weather conditions and require you to work in a dirty, dusty, oily environment.

Responsibilities:

Service and install various products, including but not limited to: sectional doors, rolling doors, fire doors, loading dock equipment, impact doors, rubber doors, fabric doors, and roll shutters.
Repair and troubleshoot defective equipment.
Maintaining proper truck stock, inventory, and company vehicle.
Responible for accurate timekeeping; detailing job numbers, travel time, labeling equipment, and completing job assignments timely.
Interact with customers, endusers, and general contractors courteously and professionally.
Performing routine preventative maintenance.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Promote the company's operational visions, values, and goals.
Participate in training or other team activities to support ongoing continuous improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or his/her designate.

Qualifications:

At least 4 10 years experience in including sectional doors, rolling doors, fire doors, loading dock equipment, impact doors, rubber doors, fabric doors, and roll shutters.
Electrical experience is a plus.
Some travel required (overnight, weekends)
On call rotation
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Class
Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Proficient with power tools.
Independent work capability.
Serviceoriented individual with effective written/verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working at heights.
Adaptability to a changing work environment.
Effective interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass background check
Basic math skills.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work in any weather conditions (indoors/outdoors).
