Your role involves building strong relationships with existing customers while also venturing into uncharted territory to secure new business opportunities for TIP Group.
From making persuasive sales calls (some virtual) and visiting clients to presenting quotes and expanding our customer database, you'll work alongside our talented commercial team.

Get ready to make a lasting impact and drive our business to new heights As an Account Manager you'll be performing the following duties:- Working a prospecting plan for new accounts via cold calling, participating in networking activities.
- Landing accounts through careful customer approaches and thoughtful sales plans.
- Ensuring customer needs and commitments are met continuously.
- Communicating product knowledge to all customers to ensure customers are aware of all value add features.
- Preparing quotes using Salesforce scheduling followups to quotes on a timely basis.
- Documenting and ensuring all sales activities are entered into the CRM system by the support team.
- Achieving sales targets, goals and objectives.
- Working with the Branch Team, including Inside Sales, to manage and develop accounts to grow revenue.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an outside sales capacity.
- Experience in the transportation industry is an asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills including virtual meeting skills.
- Goal oriented and results driven.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Selfmotivated, able to work independently and achieve outcomes in a fastpaced environment.
- Work effectively in, and contribute to, a team environment.
- Bilingual (French and English) is an asset.
