The Role:


Our growing Maintenance function and team is located by our Corporate Office at Toronto Pearson Airport where we operate out of three hangars in addition to our two Fixed Based Operation (FBO) locations in Kitchener/Waterloo and Simcoe.

We continue to scale our operations to meet the needs of our current and growing customer base.

As a Technical Records Administrator, you will be integral in processing all aircraft maintenance records including being the final set of eyes auditing all documents prior to archiving.

You will be part of a dynamic team of professionals liaising with multiple departments within Maintenance to ensure excellence of the overall aircraft record.

What You'll Do

  • Process all daily aircraft records including technical logs, workorders, task cards, component changes, and work packages
  • Audit all aircraft records for accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal team members from line stations and heavy maintenance facilities on corrections and/or missing documentation
  • Perform nontechnical corrections
  • Record fluid uplift and compass monitoring data
  • Ensure the maintenance forecast always remains up to date
  • Maintain archiving system by ensuring all documents are accurate and complete
  • Transcribe technical data to technical records
  • Generate information files for seasonal and core fleet aircraft

What You Bring:


  • A minimum of one to three years administration experience
  • Aircraft Technical Records experience or other related experience
  • Familiarity with aviation regulatory compliance requirements (such as CAR and CAR and maintenance terminology an asset
  • Able to learn internal systems and technology tools
  • Familiarity with MS Office including intermediate Excel
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problemsolving skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to accurately transcribe data
  • Highly structured and organized
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with others
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
