Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years' relevant experience in human resources management
Post secondary education in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:

CHRP Designation
Experience in HRIS

Day in the life:

You will play a pivotal role in workforce planning in collaboration with business leaders and pay close attention to business growth requirements.

On an ongoing basis, you will partner with other HR peers from talent, employee database management and total rewards team on various HR initiatives.

On daily basis you will interact with various levels of the business unit from field operators to vice-presidents. You will also have the opportunity to participate in interviews as well as performance reviews. Your overarching goal is to ensure all HR procedures and processes are in compliance for your business unit.
