JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for ensuring efficient, timely and accurate management of customer billings and receivable balances as well as collection processes


ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Maintain up to date billings under unique customer requirements and working through D365 system setup; sending accurate and valid invoices to customers regularly or by request
  • Reconcile customer balances and review aging regularly, trouble shoot discrepancies, resolve issues by working with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance support
  • Set up CC payments with customers, ensure credit card payments are processed and settled in a timely manner
  • Trouble shoot system issues in D365 environment, support customer system requirement changes (e.g. coupa implementation), participate in system upgrades and testing
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, mathematics or comparable program
  • 13 years of experience in a similar role and setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, proficient in ERP system
  • Selfmanaged and with leadership skills to drive issue resolution, process improvement and career development
  • Great communication and tenacity
  • Accounts receivable experience, acumen in mathematics/accounting
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience
