Major Purpose and Objective of the Position:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
_ Provincial_
- Manage processes and custom scripting for integrating AI / ML into Salesforce build predictive models to understand high propensity / high credit individuals
- With the predictive models then, build campaign lists according to CX and buyer journeys
- Build a Virtual Assistant (chatbot) for use on the eCommerce site and the flagship website (using OpenAI / ChatGPT or other such programming)
- Customer segmentation via ML
- Product recommendations using AI/ML models (upsell & crosssell)
30430 Inc._**- Development/coding of SEC filing platform - ETL - Extract (scraping of PDF forms), Transform (transformation of pdfs into reports) and Learn (sort and filter data by whales) SEC filing data into a daily automated report to provide leverage for trading
- Time needed to custom code platform: 23 months
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Expert on AI theory & model architecture (CNN/GNN/Transformer/RL/Bayesian) and performance optimization
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and experience in collaborating with cross site teams
- Passionate about solving 'hard' problems and developing skills in AI algorithm breakthrough and commuting efficiency
- Experience on AI/ML technologies with SQL, R, Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow
- Experience with manipulating and analyzing complex, highvolume, highdimensionality data from varying sources including collecting, assembling data, cleansing, formatting, and validating results
- Experience with data mining, machine learning, statistical modeling tools and underlying algorithms
EXPERIENCE
- University Degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Physics, Actuarial Science or related field or equivalent. A master or Ph.
- Advanced level understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model development principles.
- 13 years of programming experience preferably in Python with strong grasp of software engineering standard methodologies such as codereusability, modularity, use of repos, etc.
- 13 years of experience with ML/AI technologies, such as scikitlearn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Experience with Big Data Technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Scala will be considered an asset.
