You have completed a BS Degree in Business, Engineering or similar field, or related experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields.

You have at least 8

You may have also acquired the following skills:

  • Engineering & Construction Management Experience with Buce Power. Knowledge about Bruce Power ECC process is a plus
  • Good organization skills and financial management skills
  • Proven leadership skills to manage cost, schedule, and scope
  • Experience with P6 and cost management tools like PRS
  • Knowledge of Nuclear Industry Safety & Quality Process
  • Conflict Management, Customer Focus, Timely Decision Making, Informing,
  • Negotiating, Organizing, Planning, Priority Setting, Problem Solving, Building Effective Teams

As a Project Manager in Kincardine, Ontario, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit.


Your work will include:

  • Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives.
  • Utilizes approved project management methods and processes to execute low risk projects of existing technology and methods to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Provides primary interface between project team, management and client.
  • Develops assignments, timetables and responsibilities for team members for the duration of the project.
  • Coordinates multiple project activities including organizing and directing personnel, materials and equipment; utilizes team building skills to ensure satisfactory project performance.
  • Defines and forecasts needed skills to meet project objectives.
  • Manages the timely issuance and payment of customer invoices.
  • Utilizes existing and/or acquired technical expertise to find improved technical solutions to support the product life cycle/replacement of current Framatome technologies.
  • Actively participates in solving technical issues identified by project management, business line management or by customer request with the objective to increase business opportunities for Framatome Canada Ltd.
  • Provides project leadership for major commercial design, construction, expansion, extension, renovation, supply or component replacement projects.
  • Prepares project plans/schedules/materials to achieve project quality, reliability, cost and timing objectives.
  • Manage a variety of Engineering projects, with a team of project coordinators and engineering staff.
  • Interface with customer representatives on a daily basis, ensuring all contract deliverables are executed to the highest levels of safety and quality.
  • Responsible to the Product line manager for safety, quality, cost and schedule for all projects managed.
  • Organize and chair daily/weekly project meetings.
  • Maintain all managed projects within the Framatome Project Reporting system.
