SHIFT MANAGER (Part Time)
*As a Shift Manager with Ricki's/cleo you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional brand experience for our customers shopping with us in store. As a member of the management team you will help to lead all aspects of the store's business and support day to day operations.

*Shift Managers are responsible for supporting day to day store operations including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership in the absence of their store manager or assistant manager. A Shift Manager is also responsible for providing amazing customer experiences and demonstrating strong selling skills.

• Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
• Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management
• Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness

* providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results

• Has flexible availability; shift managers can work a combination of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
