Fix Network is looking for a new
Customer Service Representative to join our team.

The primary focus of the CSR shall be to provide excellent customer service by scheduling and meeting with clients for intake and delivery appointments.


The CSR will manage the Load Levelling process as vehicles are moved from drop off location to repair facility and back again.

Under the direction of the National Director of Operations, the CSR's main responsibilities are reviewing and noting damages and non related damage on customer vehicles, determine where the repairs should be completed within our Network of shops, arrange for towing, and provide updates on repair status.

The CSR will work out of multiple locations and inspect the final repairs for quality.


A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Obligated to keep confidential any information pertaining to customers.
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Schedule and assign work to the appropriate repair facility.
  • Receive Payments as required.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Review final repairs for fit and finish.
  • Maintain records of files Load Levelled.
  • Update software programs.
  • Gather information and provide updates to vendor partners.
  • Collaborate with our Network partners and manage relationships.
  • Driving company or customer vehicles may be required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School or equivalent (GED)
  • At least 2 years previous customer service experience

Excellent driving record as well as a valid driver's license:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Superior customer relation skills
  • Demonstrated POS and MS Office proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
  • Organizational skills
