The Parts Supervisor will oversee a team of parts technicians supporting branches and customers within the Expanded Mining Parts group,

and drive performance improvements by managing inventory strategies,

fostering strong stakeholder relationships,

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance by coaching and guiding the team to generate leads execute promotional selling maximize customer basket fulfillment maintain high call quality service levels through Genesys ensure consistent high value customer experience.

  • Lead support Parts Team across multiple facilities ensuring timely accurate efficient parts availability meet customer operational requirements.

  • Overssee daily weekly planning workloads resource allocation staffing schedules maintain consistent service levels operational coverage.

  • Eseure team completes accurate timely procurement parts internal external customers working closely Buyers escalate Caterpillar NonCaterpillar shortages required.

  • Suport deliver training all parts logistics functions ensuring team competency effective crosstraining operational readiness.
