Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the food service industry.
As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering high-quality meals to our customers.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the head chef
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and storing ingredients properly
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying the head chef of any shortages or expired ingredients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

$17.50-$26.50 per hour
