Responsibilities

  • Order entry into the database
  • Order management
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure products are accurate and on time
  • Providing product quotations
  • Maintaining strong relationships
  • Providing quality customer service

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year experience working in project coordination or similar role
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be a team player
  • Proficient using computer programs such as Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Detailed oriented

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
