Develops and implements programs and services to support governance operations and manages development of and reporting on the strategic plan.

- Create and implement best/current practice processes within the team and across the organization to provide effective governance support for Council.
- Research and recommend governance approaches to ensure Council and CEO have current and relevant information about modern governance practices.
