Job Summary:

The Site Security Manager will be located on-site at a global Pinkerton client within the digital interactive entertainment industry.

This role is responsible for the development and implementation of highly effective security strategies and policies, oversight of incident and crisis management activities, security-related counsel, and complete investigative and security assignments.


Responsibilities

Essential Functions:


  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Work closely with the client's executives to understand requirements related to security and regulatory compliance and to map those requirements to current security projects.
  • Provide ongoing securityrelated advice/counsel.
  • Evaluate changes to the client's environment for security impact and present findings to management.
  • Develop, implement, followup, and review of security strategies, policies, and regulations.
  • Conduct security analysis, audits, training, exercises, meetings, events, and travel security.
  • Oversee the security incident response and crisis management activities.
  • Gather evidence, classify, and differentiate investigative elements.
  • Complete investigative reports in a thorough and professional manner.
  • Manage scheduling and oversee support staff.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Certifications:


Competencies:


  • Blingual languages skills; English and French.
  • Strong program/project development skills.
  • Serve as an effective team leader.
  • Able to analyze incidents and manage responses appropriately based on threat level and client guidelines.
  • Strategic thinker.
  • Resultsoriented and client focused.
