STUDIO ASSISTANT MANAGER
Studio Sashiko is seeking to hire a full time Studio Assistant Manager.

As a front end team leader, you are the first person and last person a client sees when they come to our studio.

Customer service is crucial; it's important that you are friendly, outgoing and informative.

*Please note that this is NOT an opportunity to transition into an artist position.

This position includes daily reception duties such as:

• Booking appointments and ringing through clients
• Maintaining store cleanliness. This is of high priority as we work with blood and must ensure a spotless and sterile environment. We will ask you to complete the Bloodborne Pathogens course prior to your start day and we will cover the associated cost.
• Setting up and tearing down the artists' stations between clients
• Remerchandising the store occasionally
• Inventory checks and retail sales
• Greeting clients with a friendly smile and warm hello, having them sign in
• Handling disgruntled customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Fulfilling and packing online orders

As well as Management duties:

• Inventory orders
• Client and artist issues
• Scheduling for front end
• Assisting Manager with daily tasks

Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
