Description

Shifts:
Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm

Location:
Port Moody, BC


As a Cleaner, your main responsibility will be to maintain a clean, safe & healthy environment for the residents of this beautiful residential building located in
Port Moody, BC.



You will also be in charge of:


  • Reporting all deficiencies, maintenance requirements, vandalism and care taking supply inventory to the appropriate Supervisor, as required.
  • Handle garbage and cleaning common areas in the building (lobbies, elevators, lounges, etc.) as well as sweeping, mopping and dusting.
  • Follow and improve procedures, follow up on requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Proficiencies
People with great attention to detail and with great working ethics tend to do very well in this position.

  • Previous Janitorial experience in residential, strata or commercial setting will be an asset;
  • Excellent work ethics;
  • Selfmotivated individual who gets satisfaction from a job well done;
  • Demonstrated ability to read and communicate in
    English;
  • Excel at customer service
  • Good knowledge of operational work of a Strata Building will be an
    asset

  • Physical abilities to pull and manage garbage bins
