Overview:

Deliver friendly and professional customer service while preparing meat items for sale and display. Actively contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for employees and engaging customers.

  • Offer top-notch customer service tailored to customer requirements
  • Prepare various meat products
  • Organize the meat section if needed
  • Keep the meat department clean and organized
  • Receive incoming meat orders
  • Fulfill special orders for meat products
  • Engage in continuous professional growth
  • Uphold company meat quality standards and Canadian Food Inspection Agency regulations (CFIA)
  • Implement all relevant company protocols
  • Handle any necessary administrative tasks
  • Provide training to new employees and staff members
  • Support the Meat Manager/ Clerk Department Second Meat as required

Job Requirements:


  • Thorough understanding of department operations and necessary skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • High School Diploma
  • At least 12 months of previous experience
