Position overview:

Liaise with supervisors, program participants, coaches/instructors, and attendants to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. Must maintain a friendly, calm disposition and act professionally with a positive attitude.

Work schedule : 35h/week

Job Functions:

Attend regular department meetings.
Act as onsite support for rentals, special events, game day participants, coaches, and instructors.
Manage attendance lists.
Manage participant conduct issues.
Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
Review and followup on injury/incident reports.
Enforce safety rules and regulations.
Inform supervisor of any positive or negative feedback regarding the physical facility, staff or public.
Ensure rainout line is current.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Excellent communications skills with high professionalism.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Bilingual (French and English)
Valid, provincial Class 5 driver's license.
