What you'll do

Verify that the data is accurate and complete.
Accurately research data to discover missed transactions that require updating
Make accurate and complete reporting of each completed and attempted suspicious transaction ensuring consistency with guidelines outlined within the AML FIU and set out by FINTRAC.
Enter data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other templates.
Support and complete reporting requirements in accordance with standard operating procedures/policies

What you bring

Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate reporting of all transactions;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel;
Collaborating with internal partners is an essential part of the role;
Time management and organizational skills in order to manage workload and ensure established benchmarks are met.
Accurate typing speed of 60+ words per minute
Excellent communication, multitasking, organizational, coordination and analytical skills
Sense of initiative
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
