What you'll do

  • Verify that the data is accurate and complete.
  • Accurately research data to discover missed transactions that require updating
  • Make accurate and complete reporting of each completed and attempted suspicious transaction ensuring consistency with guidelines outlined within the AML FIU and set out by FINTRAC.
  • Enter data into computerized databases, spreadsheets, or other templates.
  • Support and complete reporting requirements in accordance with standard operating procedures/policies

What you bring

  • Attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate reporting of all transactions;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel;
  • Collaborating with internal partners is an essential part of the role;
  • Time management and organizational skills in order to manage workload and ensure established benchmarks are met.
  • Accurate typing speed of 60+ words per minute
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, organizational, coordination and analytical skills
  • Sense of initiative
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
