Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, developing new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in English & Italian is highly preferred to serve our diverse client base effectively. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment focused on B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Engage in outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for management review
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within a related industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Business development expertise with a track record of generating new leads and expanding client base
- Excellent account management skills to nurture long-term client relationships
- Analytical skills to interpret market data and sales metrics for strategic planning
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills in both English and Italian (preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets

Pay: $34,400.00-$164,589.58 per year
