- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Valid Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work with diverse patient populations and clinical settings
