Report director banquets maintain close guest contact clearly communicate verbally writing with Banquet staff kitchen staff other hotel departments make management decisions in best interest of hotel guest accurately tally beverage consumption sheets process banquet checks abide by banquet service standards direct multiple events at same time lead servers housemen bartenders train follow up on service standards provide excellent design décor of banquet space secondary skills such as bartending serving room set-up break-down.Job description
