Our Business Unit Ortec Environment Services based in Sarnia is looking for a Manager who supervise all the industrial painting activity , for a permanent position .

Your main tasks and responsabilities will be :

Develop a commercial approach,

Ensure the costing of painting activities

Do the follow-up of the activities and the workload plan

Check the financial follow-up of activities

Manage the operational teams

Define the operating methods and means

Verify the quality assurance of painting

Define the painting system in accordance with the regulations, and submit the appropriate procedures

Be responsible for the Health&Safety of your department

Description du profil

You have a formation and at least 5 years of experience in the industrial painting field.

A NACE certification or equivalent is required for the position, and also some computer skills.

You have strong interpersonal skills, a mindset oriented Health-Safety-Quality, a good team spirit and some ability to manage a team.
