Description

Looking for Alarm installation Technicians.

Responsibilities:

Prepare for installations by reviewing installation orders, gathering equipment, supplies, and tools, and coordinating schedules with customers
Plan installations by surveying and evaluating location, identifying installation requirements, and developing an installation plan
Install equipment, run wiring, and program and calibrate equipment
Verify systems functioning properly by testing equipment, connections, and signals, and identifying and correcting problems

This is a full-time position or part time position, and most workdays are Monday - Friday during the day. Successful applicants may occasionally be required to work evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

Work experience with installation, service, and troubleshooting of security systems is an asset
Have a high quality of workmanship
Must have own vehicle
Must have own tools
Eager to learn new technology and products on a continual basis
Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
Owning basic security systems hand tools is preferred
Safety training and Scissor Lift training is an asset
