Description

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and decisionmaking
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
• Supervise and train retail staff to ensure highquality service and sales performance
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking merchandise
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and record keeping
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Open and close

• Previous experience in retail management or supervisory role (1+year)
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
