As Converting Supervisor at Intertape Polymer Group, you will be responsible for management of the converting department consisting of printing, rewinding, and converting equipment across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations anticipating problems such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions and employee-related situations.
• C coach and develop team members providing guidance on procedures policies compliance quality expectations customer service standards etc.
• Promote cost reductions drive continuous improvements in methods equipment emphasizing lean manufacturing principles where applicable
