Position:
Associate Project Manager


Hours/Week:
Full-time, 40+ hours


Compensation:
Strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission

Reports To:
Senior Recon Project Manager


Summary:

Associate Project Managers work with owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

You will manage the renovation, as well as control and communicate the budget effectively.

This means you will spend a good deal of time in the field to see your projects get completed properly.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager and the development team on projects from predevelopment through construction.
  • Coordinate and manage tasks relating to the Project, including but not limited to the daytoday operation of the office, information gathering, and monthly reporting.
  • Extensive coordination with thirdparty professionals, consultants, architects, engineers, etc.
  • Create, manage, and maintain project timelines and proposal requests.
  • Create spreadsheets as requested for use by development & construction teams.
  • Keep records of all drawings and project documents.
