Digital-Sustainability is a key strategic initiative for WTS, aiming to drive Industry 5.0 value for customers. With environmental becoming an increasingly important concern, digital plays a critical role in accelerating ecological transformation, promoting sustainable practices in organizations, providing the tools they need to track their resource usage, assess risks, identify areas of waste, and implement more efficient practices that reduce their overall footprints.

Graduate Rotational Program (GRP) is an exciting entry point for recent graduates with interest in Digital-Sustainability, reporting into the global VWTS-Digital organization. This program develops system thinking, problem-solving, commercial and leadership skills through hands-on opportunities while providing in-depth exposure to VWTS Digital-Sustainability product portfolio.

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the digital sales leader/s to help drive revenue growth for Digital-Sustainability product portfolio. You will be responsible for providing operational support to sales team and ensuring that sales processes are optimized for business growth.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales leader/s to help achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Support the sales team with account research and preparation for sales meetings
-
Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to expand our customer base.

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into performance and progress.

Provide support to the sales team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing proposals, and creating presentations.

Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Passion for sustainability and ecological transformation

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

0-2 years of experience in sales operations or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
