The Coordinator, Sales will work closely with the Vice President, Sales Operations to support the wholesaling operations of Lysander Funds.

The Coordinator, Sales will have a drive to succeed, high attention to detail and the ability to manage different projects concurrently.

This role will work across business lines and with outside vendors and affiliates.

This is a full-time role working from the Toronto office of Lysander Funds.

Responsibilities

Support the Vice President, Sales Operations across several business functions by providing strategy and execution support.
Project Management including strategic sales and marketing, French translation, internal IT projects and CRM system management.
Assist in the development and execution of presentations and marketing materials with compliance department.
Internal Communications; assist in managing materials and communicating to team.
Acts as liaison between internal working groups and external partners as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

College diploma or undergraduate degree
Completed or working towards Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
Good organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
High quality written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) and general comfort with business software including CRM.
Bilingual in English and French would be considered a strong asset.
