Building Operator based in Mississauga.

The key responsibilities of this role include responding quickly and efficiently to all tenant and property management service requests, performing maintenance and minor repairs, working with various mechanical equipment (pumps, motors, fan coils, and air handling equipment), and minor plumbing work.

You will also coordinate major repairs and capital projects and oversee the preventative maintenance contracts and unscheduled repairs of HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, elevating devices, roofing, waste management, interior/exterior landscaping, and life safety systems.
