We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Door and Cabinet Production Coordinator to join our team.

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of various production projects.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of door and cabinet manufacturing and installation projects from inception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate with production and installation team members to allocate resources effectively and prioritize tasks.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement of materials to maintain smooth workflow.
Communicate regularly with project managers to provide updates and address any concerns.
Conduct postproject evaluations to assess performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a production coordination or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and production planning software.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
