This position is at Volvo Cars New Brunswick, which is part of Shift Auto Group. At Volvo Cars New Brunswick, we are changing how auto dealerships think about looking after our Guests.We believe our industry isn't meeting the needs of our clients, and we need someone who would love to help turn an industry on its head and re-write the Standard for Customer Service Excellence.
Reporting to the Service & Parts Manager, the ideal applicant will be responsible for:- Working with our technicians to quote and supply parts for all of our used vehicle reconditioning needs-
- Creation, management and closing of parts quotations and invoices
- Inventory control including ordering of parts, unpacking and placement of orders and compiling parts returns
- Working with Used Car Department to complete Used Car Reconditioning quotes
- Distributing work to technicians
- Creating technician work orders
- You will assist as the Service Advisor as required when they are unavailable.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Assist guests in setting convenient appointment times-
- Confirming with guests any and all maintenance or services that are due-
- Assisting both guests and business customers with their parts and accessory needsThe ideal applicant must have the following qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Excellent people skills
- Strong work ethic
