We are seeking a full-time
Sales Associate(s) to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have a passion for innovation and mobility, experience in launching and promoting new electro-mechanical products, and are looking to be a part of a growing and dynamic team, this might be the role for you

You will also work on cool, environmentally friendly products, and showcase their technical aspects to customers and businesses.


What You Will Do:


Day-to-Day Activities:


  • Learn about Envo's current and new products and associated tools (eBikes, eScooters, eSnow products, CRM, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Execute strategic sales & promotion plans (especially for the new products) for the territory that will evolve and improve our sales process (for E-Commerce, and Retail)
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
  • Create a pipeline of reasonable opportunities and reliable forecasts in a transparent manner
  • Effectively communicate New Innovative Mobility Solutions' value proposition to inspire your new clients to embrace a new method of connecting value to customers
  • Make discovery calls and confirm meetings with key decisionmakers that will generate revenue, with new or existing customers
  • Listen to the needs of the market and educate the product and marketing team
  • Deliver, and preferably exceed, against quarterly and annual revenue targets, through online channels, phone calls, inperson retailing.
  • Obtain technical knowledge of installation and use of innovative mobility systems, such as Electrical Conversion Kits to respond to customers
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities
  • Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

What you Bring:


  • Experience with sales across various methods and modes
  • Proven history of overachieving quota and driving results in a highgrowth company environment in Business to Customer channels (E-Commerce, Retail)
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close highlevel business sales, while leveraging CRM systems, in a methodical and measurable way
  • Ability to use competitive selling to position company products against direct and indirect competitors
  • A positive and friendly attitude and motivation to help every customer find what they need, with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and forecasting skills
  • Computer and smartphone literacy for supervising customer ticketing systems
  • A passion for bikes, micromobility, tech, and for reducing the environmental impact of the transportation industry
  • Previous experience with electric bikes or scooters is a plus
  • Possess the highest ethical standards and a commitment to highquality deliverables

Basic Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of relevant technical sales experience, including new product launches

$23.00-$33.00 per hour

Masks are mandatory, in the office, store, and workshop, specially when keeping prescribed physical distance is not possible
