Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to, blueprint reading, cabinet installation, construction estimating, roofing, construction painting, and fabrication.

This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within our organization.

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements
Install cabinets and other fixtures according to design plans
Estimate construction costs and materials needed for projects
Install, repair or replace builtup roofing systems using various systems including 4 ply builtup, 2 ply mod bit and single ply roofing systems
Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and tools
Fabricate components and structures as required

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Proven experience in roofing
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles
Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

$33.00-$38.00 per hour
