Special Project

Your duties shall include, but not be limited, the following:

  • Perform interior and exterior repairs to maintain the apartments, common areas, buildings according to established procedures
  • Inspect and perform exterior maintenance ensuring high level curb appeal
  • Identify problems or potential problems as they relate to the job
  • Repair floors, walls, ceilings, doors, windows, cabinets etc.
  • Removal/replacement of cabinets, countertops, vanities and fixtures, flooring, window coverings etc.
  • Demolition
  • Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets;
  • Boarding including patching
  • Taping including skimming flat ceilings
  • Framing wood & steel stub
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Other capital improvements as directed by management
  • Perform painting of units/suites and building improvements
  • Regularly communicate with supervisor as to make ready or repair statuses
  • Manage large scale unit turns and rehabs
  • Handle daily repair and upkeep of units to make units ready to rent
  • Complete renovation consistent with company quality standards, budgets, and timelines
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety Codes, Laws and Standards are followed
  • Perfoming other technical maintenance works as required
