- Data entry related to invoicing
- Data entry related to contracts/jobs/treatment setups
- Create device location maps
- Assemble Log Books
- Back up coverage for Dispatch
- Various office duties including but not limited to opening mail, scanning, coding AP and mailing invoices
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in a Customer Service role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-Point.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Work well under pressure
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Listening skills are essential
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
